What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a process where ink is pressed through a screen to print art work on garments.
What is embroidery?
Embroidery is the process where a stitched design is added to a garment.
What are ad specialties?
Ad specialties includes anything that can have art or a logo placed on it. Just a few examples would include coffee mugs, koozies, pens, magnets and much, much more.
How do I place an order?

What is the minimum order number?
Our minimum order is twelve pieces of apparel. We will screen or embroider a smaller amount for existing customers on reorders for a small fee. Ad specialties minimum vary by product.
How long does it take to have my order made?
Your screen printed or embroidery orders will be completed in 10 business days (two weeks) or less from the time we receive your sizes and quantities. Ad specialties vary by item.
What if I need my order rushed or before the standard turn around time?
Contact us and we will work to see if we can complete your order in less than the standard time. Rush charges may apply.
When do I need to pay for my order?
Down payment of 50% is due when placing your order and the balance is due at pick-up.
Customers with establish credit may receive net-10 payment terms.
How can I submit my artwork?
You can submit artwork on our quote page.
What format should my artwork be in?
We prefer vector artwork (.ai, .eps, etc.) but can also work from image files as well (.jpg, .pdf, etc.).
What if I need artwork made?
Our team of graphic designers would be happy to create any artwork you need. Fees may be applied on complex designs.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is determined by a couple of factors:
- Total number or locations and inks used or number of stitches in the embroidery
- The base price of the item
- Screen art fees/embroidery set up
- The total number of items ordered. The more you order the cheaper it is.
Our price breaks are as follows for screen printing and embroidery:
12-35 items / 36 to 71 items / 72 to 143 items / 144 to 287 items / 288 to 499 items / 500 or more
